Salesforce Administrator | Former

  • Attended daily, weekly, and monthly business process meetings with all other cross-functional departments of the organization and translated business needs and objectives into workable and efficient processes within the Salesforce instance.
  • Built out new Flows and migrated old automation (Workflows and Process Builders) into Flows which prepared the organization to move to Lightning Experience from Salesforce Classic UI.
  • Led and conducted audits of all exiting automation of the org by coordinating with all other departments to make the transition to Lightning and Flows streamlined and documented these processes in Confluence.
  • Coordinated with the HR & IT departments to onboard and off board employees and business and technical contractors which included creating new users, assigning profiles, creating public groups and sharing rules, creating and assigning permission sets, page layouts, record types, etc.
  • Responsible for manually executing daily, weekly, and monthly data syncs through the ETL processes the company used (Domo, Zuora, Dataloader, Postman, Microsoft Excel).
  • Responsible for leading and conducting research into the true cost of Zuora to the organization by documenting Zuora pain points, then conducting company-wide audit to into the time and monetary cost to the business. Then created a real business use case for the C-suite to provide real evidence that moving away from Zuora to another quoting and orders program would save the company money.
